"Federal Agent, You're Under Arrest", No Sir, I'm The Local Sherrif, And You're Under Arrest"

How likely that scenario is to play out is anyone's guess, but apparently some 20 states these days have 'nullification' laws on the books that could make it happen. Now how it would all play out after the cases made it into the Federal courts is another story. However with state nullification laws being passed by both politically left and right leaning states, things could get interesting.
I also find it quite entertaining that this article was put up by the AP, current recipient of the "The NSA Is Watching You Award". It's amazing how pissy the press can get when they feel the government is screwing with their rights as opposed to the rights of the common citizenry.
I can't wait to see how this plays out over the next few years.
