China has been using the Mexican Cartels for the last few years now to facilitate the smuggling of Fentanyl into the U.S. There have been articles and reports from several news sources about the subject, but they have been overshadowed in terms of coverage by the ongoing Illegal Immigration issue.
The article linked below is from 2020, whereas the Youtube video is from last month. It's only recently that the Fentanyl smuggling has made any sort of substantial inroads with the larger media outlets.
