As soon as I saw The Requirements and Restrictions that NYS was putting in place to keep the number of Carry Permits they havwe to issue to minimum, I knew the legal Circus would begin.
And it didn't take ling at all.
From requiring Character References, to providing Access to Your Social Media Accounts within the last 3 years, to "sensitive areas" where you can't carry, it was quite an "inclusive" list.
