Sunday With Blackthorn - Today We Discuss How To Shoot A Snubnose Revolver

Let's face facts, we're pretty much a bunch of geezers. We all watched Westerns, Cop shows, Detective programs, etc. either on TV or in the movies (and for all the guys over 50, most of those movies were 'B' movies).

While Auto-loaders carry more rounds, are faster to reload and frankly are easier to learn to shoot, the venerable revolver, especially the snubbie was pretty much the pinnacle of cool. Even to this day, while full sized revolvers are still around, the largest numbers being sold are of  the 2" to 3" bbl. length snubnoses. So sit back, grab a beverage of choice, and read some practical advice from a retired Cop who carried one for years as a Vice Detective (ooh, the really seamy side of police work)  with Dallas TX Police.
