Government corruption in Mexico (and most of Central America), partnering wit the Chinese Communist government, drug trafficking, takeover of the illegal immigration business, etc. The Sinaloa Cartel is right up there at the top of the food chain in Mexico. here's a not too long documentary on their operations.
