Once again we return to Shotgun usage here at La Casa Blackthorn. The video from Lucky Gunner Ammunition discusses a method of reloading a shotgun that doesn't get much attention. Now I've been using this method for about 7 or 8 years now since I learned it at a Shotgun handling course given by Chris Fry who formerly ran MDTS Training.
It was one of three methods he showed. At the time he didn't call it the Violin Reload, but rather the Duck Hunters Reload or just the Hunters Reload. All I will say is that I immediately took to this method for all the reasons mentioned in the video. Now that's all the background I have for an intro to this Video, so let's get to it.
