The USA has now developed a Laser that can successfully shoot down cruise missiles. Which is possibly why the USA did not put as much effort into Hypersonic Missle Development as Russia and China did.
NATO and The USA are apparently providing The Ukraine with technical assistance against pro-Russian Hackers.
