9th Circuit Court Rules California High Capacity Magazine Ban Unconstitutional

This is fucking big.

This case has been winding it's way through the Lower California courts for a couple of years now. At this point, The California  Attorney General can ask for a re-hearing with the entire 11 members of the 9th Circuit Court (an En Banc hearing). However since the last few rounds of Trump Federal Judges being appointed, the 9th Circuit Court now has a Conservative majority, so it will most likely come out the same. In any event, the next step would be SCOTUS.

If SCOTUS declines the case, then the last ruling by the 9th Circuit will be in effect. If SCOTUS hears the case, and rules the ban unconstitutional, every magazine capacity ban in the country falls.
