As I mentioned in my 5-20-15 posting, the latest Gun Rights decision by a Federal court regarding the Districts concealed carry regulations has the potential to effect numerous jurisdictions with restrictive carry permit rules.
The follow-up by D.C. as regards an appeal to the decision is definitely one to watch .
