Now a lot of you guys are thinking that you would never let someone get right up in your face by surprise. You tell yourself you're you're switched on, you practice situational awareness, you've got your head on a swivel, etc., etc., etc.

Bottom line, as my old instructor said, sometimes you can do everything right, and still get caught out.
