For all you guys who are too lazy to break out the DVD (Or VHS Tape if you've been around long enough), I bring you "The Fairbairn Seminar" starring Carl Cestari and a cast of several dozen willing victims, er, ahh, I mean training volunteers.

Of Carl Cestari's videos; Fairbairn Seminar, O'Neill Seminar, Bare Knuckle Boxing and GoshinJitsu are my favorites. Their content pretty much makes up my method of self defense.
If one buys the Cestari "Old School" combo, then adds in the 2 seminar DVDs and the GoshinJitsu DVD after you work the material, you have a great method of self defense.
Mike, sorry I didn't upload your comment sooner. I get so few I forget to check the "Awaiting Approval" section.
The "Fairbairn" and "O'Neill" Seminars videos, along with the" Defense Against Grips and Holds" are probably my primary go-to's. And also, for someone looking for a bare-bones minimalist program (whether male or female) the "Self Defense For Women" video is solid.
