Finally, after everyone wondering how quickly China would move to make political and economic inroads into Afghanistan, it would appear that the current level of violence between the new Taliban government and several competing factions has given them pause. Most notably as a result of a bombing (must be a bitch for the new government to realize that they are no longer the terrorists, but the target of the terrorists) carried out by a Uighur most likely affiliated with ISIS.
Hmmm..., looks like their treatment of the Uighur community is coming around to haunt them.
