How are the mighty fallen. The prognosis for Detroit just keeps getting worse. The steel mills go under, then the auto industry starts coming unglued, and in the last year they even decided to start demolishing/leveling whole abandoned parts of the city just so they could shut off the water and sewer services, as well as end police patrols and cease providing fire and EMS.
